Finding Us 

We are always looking for ways to reduce our carbon footprint, and thankfully St Mark’s is easily accessible by foot, bike and public transport. We also do car sharing for services so please speak to a member of the environment group to be linked up with someone. 

  • Buses from across the city come to the Royal Hallamshire Hospital which is right across the road. These include the H1, 2, 6, 10/10a, 120, 181, 271 and X2.
  • The nearest tram stop is University, which is a 10 minute walk away from the church.
  • We have bike racks at the church and some suggested cycling routes are on the map below:

SatNav for St Mark’s is S10 2SE or follow signs to the Royal Hallamshire Hospital (which is next door).

Parking at St Mark’s is VERY limited.  Spaces are generally NOT available between 8am and 5pm Monday - Friday.  If you have a booking in the church please speak to the office.

On Monday - Saturday nearby on street parking is also limited, 4 hour maximum stay between 8am & 6pm.  There are various disabled spaces around the hospital area.
On Sundays our car park is open which has 12 spaces and 2 disabled spaces. There is also unrestricted parking on St Mark's Crescent which is accessed from Glossop Road.
