The Hayes has gained several new facilities in the last few years.
Virtually all bedrooms are en suite and there are plenty of meeting rooms, comfortable lounges, a staffed bar and a croquet lawn!

How much will this all cost?
The cost of an en suite room for the weekend at the Hayes (per person, including all meals) is around £125.
There are discounts for children and some standard rooms are available – full details of the different prices, including information about paying in instalments, are on the enclosed booking form.
If you can pay for your room and meals, then that’s great.
What if I can’t afford the whole amount?
But you being a part of the weekend is far more important than your money, and if you are able to come, but don’t feel you can pay that amount then please do talk to Ian or Sue in confidence – there is money available to subsidise places.
Fundraising events
Although the PCC has set aside some funds for the weekend, we’re hoping to raise further money to meet some parts of the total cost, eg the ceilidh band.
We’re going to hold a fundraising event in early 2012, but there’s an option on the booking form to make (and gift aid!) a donation now. A donation of any size will help us make the weekend available to as many people as possible. Even if you’re not able to join us for the weekend, please do think about making a donation so that someone else can do so.
