Lion's Breakfast Club
The Lion's Breakfast Club is a group for young people in the first three years of secondary school meeting on Sunday morning in the vicarage kitchen during the 10.00 am service.
The members of the group join the rest of the church community for communion at about 10.45 am The group encourages discussion of a wide variety of topics and seeks to deepen understanding of the Christian faith and issues which matter to the youngsters. Social activities also take place such as a walk or trip to the bowling alley after the service.
The Older Lions group is for young people in the fourth and fifth years at school or older. The group also meets during the morning service and some of these young people may be preparing for confirmation.
