Finance & Fabric Committee
The Finance and Fabric Committee meets to oversee all matters to do with the church building, health and safety issues and the finances of St Mark's. The committee works alongside the parish architect and the diocesan authorities and reports to the PCC. The committee meets about 6 times in the course of the year. The chairman is Mr. Robin Saunders, 58 Endcliffe Hall Avenue, Sheffield S10 3EL
The roles of the Committee
to cherish, maintain and develop our church building so it continues:
to reflect the glory of God and the welcome extended to all his people and to encourage worship and community activities; and to monitor the stewardship of the church's finances, to ensure that budgets are both challenging and attainable targets for income and expenditure and are the correct response to the church's short and long term responsibilities towards the whole of its ministry.
