Community event with a Bake-Off and Craft Fair – Saturday 17 June

GGTOn Saturday 17th June from 1:30 pm onwards, St Mark’s Church is staging a community event with a Bake-Off, Craft Fair, Community Café and lots, lots more as part of the Broomhill Festival.

We are doing this to celebrate ‘The Great Get Together’ weekend in honour of Jo Cox, who said; “We are far more united and have far more in common than that which divides us.”

The event will start at 1:30pm with the Cafe then open all afternoon with musical interludes. There will be a Craft Fair in Church, Plant stall outside and Children’s games and activities on the Green all afternoon (including a Bouncy Castle).

The Children’s parade will leave Broomhill Infant School at 2 pm.

The Great Broomhill Bake-Off will run from 2 – 2:30 pm.

At 3 pm there will be aBroomhill Library event Welcome to Twit-Twoo School with Lydia Monks in the upper room.

Craft Stalls in the Church near the Café are available for hire at ONLY £15. Please contact Innes in the Church office to hire a stall 01142663613 or email at office@stmarkssheffield.co.uk.
